                               RESOLUTION NO. 20692
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                  CHANGE ORDER NOS. 1, 2 AND 3 WITH NEO
                  CORPORATION, RELATIVE TO THE WAREHOUSE ROW
                  EXPANSION PROJECT, WHICH CHANGE ORDERS WILL
                  INCREASE THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT AMOUNT BY
                  THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE
                  DOLLARS ($31,255.00) FOR A REVISED TOTAL
                  CONTRACT AMOUNT OF SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE
                  THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT DOLLARS
                  ($635,268.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Change Order Nos. 1, 2 and 3 with NEO Corporation,
       relative to the Warehouse Row Expansion Project, which change
       orders will increase the original contract amount by $31,255.00,
       for a revised total contract amount of $635,268.00.
